Description:
An examination of the basic principles of:
  1. Contracts of employment concentrating on, but not limited to the respective rights liabilities and remedies of employers and employees under common law
  2. The State and Commonwealth unfair dismissal legislation
  3. Agency
  4. Partnership, trusts and companies including their comparative advantages and disadvantages for carrying on a business
