MAN3452 Negotiation, Advocacy and Mediation III

Description:
The unit provides an integrated and practical application of negotiation behaviour with reference to modes of negotiation, including distributive and integrative bargaining. It also teaches students how to argue cases through the processes of enterprise bargaining, unfair dismissal proceedings, and the making and amendment of awards and agreements, in the context of Western Australian industrial relations legislation. Simulation exercises provide ample opportunity for students to practice the skills they have learnt.
