With the growth of enterprise bargaining and individual employment arrangements, organisations are increasingly focusing on workplace employment relations. This practically-oriented unit develops students’ ER/IR knowledge and teaches specific skills in workplace employment relations – especially topical issues such as individual and collective bargaining, discipline and dismissal. | |||
