Description:
This unit provides students with an introduction to the study of culture as it shapes human, social and individual life. It offers an introduction to the frameworks of culture and examines a number of theoretical positions in relation to the study of human life. The unit will examine culture as a means of analysing class, ethnicity, race, region, age, gender and other social diversity aspects within human society.
