 This unit provides a professionally supervised work integrated learning experience in the hospitality industry.  It emphasises the application of theoretical knowledge and skills in different functional areas of a hotel or resort enterprise as required for the students' progression as a professional industry manager.  The focus of the unit is on the review and critique of the operations and management processes of the host organisation.  This unit must be taken concurrently with HOS2107.
