Mass Communication Major

The Mass Communication major focuses on contemporary media and communications and introduces students to a range of theoretical, practical and critical approaches used in the analysis of media and its role in shaping society. The course allows students to construct a hybrid programme of study which looks at theory and practice in fields such as advertising, electronic communication, journalism, public relations, and visual communication.
