M35 BACHELOR OF COMMUNICATIONS 
 

The Mass Communication major focuses on contemporary media and communications and introduces students to a range of theoretical, practical and critical approaches used in the analysis of media and its role in shaping society. The course allows students to construct a hybrid programme of study which looks at theory and practice in fields such as advertising, electronic communication, journalism, public relations, and visual communication. It also trains students to think critically and to research and communicate effectively.

CMM3119 Case Studies in Communications 15
CMM3115 Global Communications 15
OR
Select up to 30 points from the above list of four units, plus a further 30 credit points of Level Three ADV, JOU or PRN coded units.
