Home Economics Major

G36 BACHELOR OF SOCIAL SCIENCE 
 

The Home Economics major is only available to students enrolled in the double degree Bachelor of Arts Education/ Bachelor of Social Science.  Students completing the degree as part of the double degree with Education must complete the 16 units identified in Table 1.  Students must complete all 16 units of this major to complete the requirements of the double degree and should refer to the structure of the Bachelor of Arts Education/ Bachelor of Social Science in the for information about the organisation of the major.  Students transferring from the double degree into the Bachelor of Social Science wishing to continue with a Home Economics major must complete the 12 units listed in Table 2 for Home Economics and the 6 core units required for the Bachelor of Social Science.
