This unit focuses on the principles and competencies of career development leadership. Career development leadership involves understanding and effectively managing complex interactions between people and systems with multiple agendas while working towards the goal of achieving sustainable and effective career development provision. Personal, team and system leadership skills will be developed and applied to the ongoing review/evaluation, development, implementation and maintenance of career development processes, strategies, competencies and standards.
