LAW4614 Civil Procedure II

Description:

Civil Procedure II builds upon the learning outcomes, graduate attributes and framework of knowledge developed in Civil Procedure I.

Students continue with a comprehensive examination of the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971 (WA) and also touch upon the procedures rules of the Court of Appeal.  In Civil Procedure II the practical application and ramifications of the rules will be illustrated through tutorial exercises.  To demonstrate their understanding of the rules, students will draft basic affidavits, submissions for interlocutory hearings and advices on interlocutory procedural issues.
