TEE2110 Technology and Enterprise Education in Primary Schools
Credit Points: 15

This unit provides an introduction to the Technology and Enterprise Learning Area. It develops the pre-service teachers’ confidence and competence in the use of a range of resources to resolve issues in an enterprising manner. The philosophical basis and values of the learning area are explored through rich tasks. Pre-service teacher understanding of pedagogical approaches for the classroom is developed through an examination of current research. The content and methodology are examined in relation to learning and development to meet the needs of a diverse range of children.
