Description:
This unit further develops the skills and knowledge necessary for reflective, critical inquiry. The focus of this unit is an investigation of an aspect of teaching. The unit provides the opportunity for students to pursue their own inquiries into issues or curriculum relevant to their teaching experience. The unit supports the disposition to question and explore aspects of teaching and learning, and provides opportunity to explore and practice the skills needed for a systematic investigation of professional practice. The unit enables students to participate in wider professional debates by providing opportunity to explore the connection between research and practice.
