The past decade has seen significant change and growth in importance of employment relations and demand for graduates in this area is expanding as the complexity of employment relations increases.  Careers include employment relations specialists in the private and public sectors, human resource management officers, industrial relations officers, advocates, and research officers with employers, unions and in the public sector.
