DAN3120 Secondment and Industry Placement
WESTERN AUSTRALIAN ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS
Credit Points: 10

Description:

This unit is designed to facilitate the transition from the institution to the workplace. As such it is important that students assume a level of personal responsibility in researching and selecting potential secondment placements. While many students select professional or semi-professional companies, students are encouraged to think about a broad range of options including service organisations, teaching positions, choreographic mentorships and community dance projects. This is an opportunity to benchmark and evaluate performance in relation to others in the workplace.
