This unit is designed to enable participants to undertake: the planning of evaluation studies; the delineation of client evaluation information needs; the identification of relevant audiences; the construction of appropriate data collection instruments; the collection and analysis of data; the presentation and dissemination of evaluation information including written evaluation reports and the optimisation of the use of evaluation data.
