| This unit is designed to assist the student to acquire depth and breadth of knowledge relevant to concepts in human relationships. Examination of major counselling theories incorporating concepts of communication, autonomy, responsibility, and ethical dimensions of decision making will be included. The student will apply these concepts to issues relating to resource management, quality assurance, patient dependency and industrial relations.
