C16 Diploma in Indigenous Services | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Diploma in Indigenous Services is designed for students who aspire to work in the Indigenous sector. The course develops the knowledge and skills needed to work in Indigenous service delivery and to contribute to self-determination for Indigenous people. It additionally provides an exit award for students who have completed one year or eight units of the Bachelor of Social Science (Indigenous Services). Students who have graduated from the Diploma are eligible for advanced standing of 120 credit points should they subsequently enrol in the Bachelor of Social Science (Indigenous Services).
ABSTUDY AND STUDENT SUPPORT Indigenous students may be eligible for financial assistance through ABSTUDY. All Indigenous students can access counselling, academic skills advice and the Indigenous Tutorial Assistance Scheme (ITAS) through the School. |
