SCI3308 Gathering and Presenting Evidence

Description:

In this unit, the processes for gathering evidence on environmental pollution and harm, for the purposes of prosecution are considered.  The legal process and requirements for evidence collection, management and storage of evidence and presentation of evidence are described.  Students are provided with the opportunity to gather environmental evidence and present that evidence in a mock court.
