In this unit, the processes of gathering evidence on environmental pollution and harm, for the purposes of prosecution are considered. The legal requirements and process for evidence collection, management and storage are also described. The legal process and the requirements for presenting evidence are investigated and students are provided with the opportunity to gather evidence and present environmental evidence in a mock court. | |||
