| An elective unit of study which will be available to students by invitation only. The unit investigates areas which are topical and relevant to the modern day hospitality industry. The unit will reflect specialist expertise available to the hospitality programme, for example through a visiting fellow or visiting professor. In addition the unit is designed to include specific student research projects, specialist courses which may be offered from time to time and students internship/practicum hospitality programmes. | |||
