HOS1110 Introduction to Commercial Food Service Management I
This unit deals with the management function of food and beverage operations. Control system design, implementation and management will be examined. Simulated commercial operations will provide the opportunities to develop technical and managerial skills. The systematic evaluation of food and beverage systems will be emphasised.
