This unit considers areas of administrative law and covers the judicial review of administrative actions, natural justice, discretion, and subordinate legislation. The Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act, Administrative Decision (Judicial Review) Act and Freedom of Information Act will be discussed and the remedies of administrative law, including the prerogative writs will be studied. | |||
