Issues will be examined that relate to teamwork and team building, and giving and receiving feedback. Students will further develop to understand the role of multiple perspectives in problem solving and decision making. Students will further develop their searching skills, learning to summarise and synthesise information into various business and non-business documents. Software will be used to simulate business processes to broaden students’ knowledge and understanding.
