ENM5218 Fluid Mechanics
SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING
Credit Points: 15

Description:

Students will cover theoretical concepts and physical mechanisms of fluid systems. The unit enables students to apply this knowledge to practical hydraulic system analysis and design. Starting with fluid motion, students study further into finite control volume analysis and hydrostatics. The unit gives students an understanding of differential analysis of fluid flow and types of flow. Applications such as turbomachinery are also discussed.
