SPAALU  Mechanical Area of Specialisation 

This unit set is available in the following courses:

This unit set provides the core content for the Mechanical specialisation in the MEng course.  This unit set is designed for students wishing to specialise in Mechanical Engineering and provides the required professional accreditation as a Mechanical Engineer.  The unit set is only available to students enrolled in the MEng.

 

This unit set comprises 12 units of 15 credit points each, making a total of 180 credit points.  To complete the MEng the student must also complete the required core 4 units (a total of 60 credit points) that includes a 12 week practicum and a major design project.

 

The code for this unit set should be quoted on enrolment and unit selection forms where appropriate.
