This unit provides an introduction to the essential writing skills required for the major media forms, including television, film and print. Effective writing in the media demands an understanding of a number of important elements, including an awareness of the characteristics and potential of different media, the formats and conventions, and their production processes. The focus will be on writing scripts; journalism features and copy (words) that persuade/sell. | |||
