L76 Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM) is designed to develop future human resource managers and leaders, to be able to meaningfully contribute to organisational success by developing skills and knowledge in people management.  The program provides students with an understanding of the people management challenges within contemporary organisations. It will begin to build students' skills in communication, teamwork, critical thinking and problem solving.  The program will ensure graduates of the Graduate Certificate HRM are able to operate within a business-driven HR environment.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

This course is available to applicants with an Australian Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) in a discipline other than Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.

OR

Equivalent prior learning including at least five years appropriate professional work experience.

This course is available on Mt Lawley Campus.

This course is available by Full-time, or Part-time mode.
 
MODE OF DELIVERY
This course is available in the following modes of delivery - On-campus, and Online.

In addition to off-campus and on-campus delivery, the Graduate Certificate in HRM will, at times, be offered in a blended mode, which will combine on-campus (including weekends) and off-campus sessions.
 
COURSE STRUCTURE

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management consists of 60 credit points (3 units) and requires 6 months full time study or part time equivalent.
