L75 Master of Human Resource Management

The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program is designed to develop and educate leaders and managers to meaningfully contribute to organisational success, by developing excellence in people management.  The program will provide students with the ability to respond to people management challenges, within contemporary organisations.  Student’s skills in communication, teamwork, critical thinking and problem solving will be developed through this program.  The program will ensure MHRM graduates are business driven HR professionals, who are experts in people management.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

This course is available to applicants with an Australian Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) in a discipline other than Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.

OR

5 years appropriate and/or relevant, supervisory or managerial work experience.

OR

Successful completion of a Graduate Certificate in a relevant discipline (AQF Level 8).
