Management and Public Relations have much in common. Management’s goal is to run an organisation effectively and efficiently while the Public Relations role is to support Management by using communication to develop beneficial relationships between an organisation and its diverse audiences. In today’s complex world with numerous issues and crises, the ideal is to have Management understanding Public Relations and Public Relations understanding Management.
