Description:

This unit involves the placement of students at one or more professional brewing companies. Students will get the opportunity to experience, evaluate and critique the working environment, operational activities, brewing techniques within these organisations. This will assist the students to build professional networks and a substantive work portfolio that will enhance their career prospects.
