Description:
This unit critically identifies, explores and reflects upon concepts of Aboriginality, identity and representation in the context of contemporary Australian society. It looks at “the Self” and Non Aboriginal perspectives on identity and representations from the past to the “New times”. This unit provides, encourages and strengthens students with analytical skills to challenge varied views on representations.
