CUESET04B Use research, innovation and experimentation to create props
WESTERN AUSTRALIAN ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS
 
Description:

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to undertake research and experiment with various techniques and media to achieve new props and props effects.  This process may take place after the creation of the overall set design, or as an integral part of the design process.  As such, this role may be undertaken by props personnel in consultation with a designer or by the designer as an integral part of the design process.  This unit builds on the skills found in other props construction units.
