Description:

The study of the structure of the human body with emphasis on the musculoskeletal system and how this system relates to the performance of movement through dance. This unit focuses on some of the more ‘scientific’ aspects of the study of dance in the belief that this approach will enrich and enhance the practical core studies of the study of dance throughout the course and offer the students crucial options available to them to prevent and rehabilitate injuries.
