This unit will engage students in the understanding of the conceptual basis of school based health and physical education and how a range of outcomes can be achieved through different curricular orientations. The effective management and teaching strategies for the Health and Physical Education Learning Area and programs, including sport and physical activity will be demonstrated and analysed with respect to the diverse needs of learners.
