TDE4177 Designing Training Programmes

Description:
This unit focuses upon strategies and skills relating to the development of effective training programs. Topics covered will include task analysis, determining the scope and sequence of relevant content, selection of appropriate instructional strategies and the development of techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of training. Action research to identify problems and strategies for the effective implementation of new programs will also be considered.
