TDE4168 Competency-based Training Programmes

Description:
A major focus of this unit will be to review the Training Reform Agenda and the Australian Recognition framework. Competency-based curricula will be identified and evaluated using industry competency standards, modules and learning outcomes. Strategies for modifying and developing such curricula will be reviewed, together with an examination of the factors associated with the delivery and assessment of both on-the-job and off-the job competency-based training.
