PHE4225 Teaching Outdoor Education

Description:
An examination of the nature and scope of outdoor education as it relates to the health and physical education learning area. Emphasis will be placed on the principles of effective teaching in outdoor education and will include program design, risk analysis and management strategies, the implementation and realisation of the value of experiences, the use of appropriate teaching styles and the debriefing process.
