CDE5110 Career Programme Development

Description:
This unit further develops the knowledge and skills of the career worker in schools and organisations. The current literature and research is studied and evaluated with particular emphasis on career models, methods, approaches and processes designed for particular groups of individuals. Research skills are developed in a small group collaborative research project. Participants will become aware of the aspects of effective co-ordination and organisation required to implement and maintain a comprehensive and effective career development programme.
