| This professional practicum unit provides students with an opportunity to work with clients, i.e. individuals or groups, for up to 280 hours. During the practicum students will work under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist to provide occupational therapy services to clients. This involves working with their supervisor and other professionals to apply theory to practice, to develop evidence-based and clinical reasoning skills and learn the additional skills required for competent and professional practice.
