EDU4030 Early Career School Leadership in Indigenous Communities

Description:

This unit focuses on the development of understandings and skills needed to provide leadership in schools within Indigenous communities. It is a recommended unit of study for students interested in undertaking early career leadership positions in schools serving a high Indigenous population and/or located in remote area Indigenous communities. The unit is presented in two modules, leadership in general followed by the application of these underpinning principles in schools that serve Indigenous communities.
