ENS4107 Engineering Project Management

Description:

This unit provides an introduction to the concepts and application of project management techniques and tools to the management of engineering projects. The concepts covered include project planning, modelling and control of the project to ensure that it is completed on time, within budget and the available resources. The unit is delivered within the context of a project management task that provides hand-on experience in applying the various project management techniques.
