Description:

This unit provides practical learning experiences in the efficient and effective management of a variety of emergency situations that could occur in an industrial setting. Students explore risk analysis and control methodologies as well as strategies for the management of a disaster and the mitigation of impact. Of particular importance is the minimisation of reputational damage and business continuity after the event.
