Description:

An introduction to acute and chronic pain syndromes, neuromuscular rehabilitation and its contribution to chronic pain control and management.   The promotion of occupational enhancement and improved quality of life for people who experience chronic pain and stress with an emphasis on techniques that promote self-management of pain and stress. Students will observe and participate in clinical settings and have the opportunity to develop clinical skills.
