This experiential unit is designed to further develop trainers’ and educators’ existing skills in facilitating effective adult learning. Two types of learning facilitation are addressed: training delivery skills and group process skills such as Open Space Technology. Strategies for enhancing participation, minimising disruptions or conflict, as well as increasing creativity and learning are explored. The unit involves the practical application of facilitation techniques through a series of structured workshops and learning activities.
