MAN5700 Project Scope Management
SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
Credit Points: 15

Description:
Project scope management is often defined as the processes required to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required, to complete the project successfully. When scoping any project, it is vital to define the need for the project. This unit will equip students with the necessary understanding and skills to successfully analyse, clarify, quantify and finalise. In understanding these phases, the students will be relating the project’s intended benefits to the organisation’s strategic intent. High-level operational concepts help in the creation of the project scope. In fact, the operational concept may exist before the need to undertake the project has been realised. The feasibility of the business case is examined and more ideas are explored.
