HOS4106 Contemporary Issues in Hospitality Management

Description:

This unit investigates areas that are topical and relevant to the contemporary hospitality industry.  Subject matter relevant to the unit may change from semester to semester dependant on current issues, practices and theories relevant to the hospitality industry.   The unit will reflect specialist expertise available to the hospitality programme, for example through a visiting fellow or professor.  In addition, the unit is designed to include specific student research projects, specialist courses which may be offered from time to time.  The unit may involve tasks undertaken in preparation for the research component of the course.
