| This unit addresses issues relating to the teaching of visual arts in Years 11 and 12 with particular emphasis on syllabus structure and evaluation of both Art and Art and Design. The Art History themes from the Year 12 syllabus are evaluated. Methodologies for teaching art history and criticism at this level are reviewed and approaches to image analysis and writing are considered. Full Unit Outline | |||
