VIS2509 Painting

Description:

Studio exercises and set projects will encourage the students to explore the relationship of painting to formal processes such as colour, tone, texture and composition. Conceptual development skills are combined with practical introductory skills workshops into oil, acrylic and non-conventional painting media. Students are also introduced to the relationship between painting and photography and digital media.
