This unit provides students with the opportunity to examine a range of contemporary financial accounting issues within the context of the global business environment. Students will gain an understanding of how various financial transactions are recorded for different entities (including companies involved in construction, extractive industries, foreign operations etc.) and how these impact external disclosures.
