HOS2106 Introduction to Commercial Food Service Management: Practice

Description:

This unit deals with the management function of commercial food service operations. Control system design, implementation and management will be examined. Simulated commercial operations will provide the opportunities to develop technical and managerial skills. The systematic evaluation of food operation systems will be emphasised.
